臨床藥師培訓基地帶教模式和方法的探索與思考

          為了探討臨床藥師培訓基地的帶教經驗、體會和存在問題,規範和完善臨床藥師培養帶教模式,研究者發表《臨床藥師培訓基地帶教模式和方法的探索與思考》研究,該文章發表於2015年1期的《中國藥物應用與監測》上,研究表明不斷完善臨床藥師的培訓帶教模式,能夠培養更多高水平的臨床藥師與師資,保障臨床用藥安全有效。

        基於衛計委臨床藥師培訓基地的係列文件要求,回顧性總結我院臨床藥師培訓情況、帶教模式、帶教方法、經驗和體會,分析存在問題並加以完善。

        我院作為臨床藥師與師資培訓雙基地,5個專業的帶教培訓定位明確,形成了以臨床用藥實踐為重點的帶教模式。培訓中注重各個環節,規範培訓計劃,落實培訓指標的細化管理,強化互動教學以及對學員的階段性評估反饋,保證了臨床藥師培訓的質量。

        Exploration and consideration on teaching mode and method of clinical pharmacist training base

        Abstract: Objective:Explore the teaching experience and issues in our clinical pharmacist training base to improve and standardize the clinical pharmacist training mode.Methods:Based on series documents of clinical pharmacists training base of national health and family planning commission, we summarized the training mode, teaching methods, experiences and key issues respectively and then constantly improved them.Results:As a clinical pharmacist trainee and teacher training base, we formed a teaching mode based on clinical pharmacy practice with five training specialty and clear work position. We paid attention to every link of train and ensured the quality of clinical pharmacist training through training program standardization, training indicator management, strengthening interactive teaching and periodic evaluation and feedback to clinical trainees.Conclusion:We can cultivate more clinical pharmacists by improving training model continuously and ensure medication safe and effective eventually.
